(1) According to subsection (2) of Section 3 of the Act, if no doctor is appointed for the definition of disability and determination of disability, the Ministry shall, for the purpose of the said subsection, appoint up to seven persons including associations, organizations, doctors and experts related to the welfare of the disabled. A disability determination committee may be formed. The names of the chairman, members and secretary of the committee formed in this way and their term of office shall be as prescribed in the case of the formation of the said committee.

(2) The procedure for the meeting of the committee formed according to sub-rule (1) shall be determined by the committee itself.
